Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Field Quality Engineer (d/f/m) for the Western Europe & Mediterranean regions who will maintain the higheststandards of quality and performance of our products and contribute to the development of ourorganization. In this position you will act as an important interface between our Warranty ClearingCentre and our Customer Service.
Your tasks include:
- You will identify technical deficits and malfunctions in our products and processes and carryout detailed root cause analyses of quality problems
- You will be responsible for carrying out systematic investigations and tests and analyzing ourproducts to meet quality requirements and specifications
- You will play a key role in the efficiency of the test processes by creating comprehensive testdocumentation and checklists as well as deriving continuous improvement measures inrelation to products and processes
- You develop interdisciplinary quality strategies and present your findings and solutionsclearly and convincingly
- You will be responsible for the strategic and conceptual aspects of complaints and returnsmanagement which you will also standardize and implement in our internationalsubsidiaries taking into account the development of international standards and adaptationto local conditions in the various countries
- You will work closely with the internal development departments production qualitymanagement and external partners to achieve our quality targets
Your profile:
- You have a qualification as an engineer in the field of quality management as well asexperience in the relevant industry and specific expertise in field qualityengineering or comparable
- You have indepth industry knowledge especially in addingvalue technologies such asinjection molding and coating processes strong quality awareness and a strong customerfocus
- As a quality engineer you are well versed in performance requirements and productcharacteristics
- You are familiar with the relevant regulations and standards as well as the latest qualitymanagement methods such as TQM FMEA Ishikawa and Six Sigma und you areknowledgeable in risk management and problem solving techniques
- Experience in the damaged part analysis field process (VDA) is a great advantage
- Your working style is characterized by analytics decisiveness and excellent communicationskills that help you to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and have a very good command ofEnglish as well as a willingness to travel
