Our high performing Projects Infrastructure & Construction team are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate 47 years PQE) with outstanding frontend experience. If you are someone with an interest in high quality significant value work with an excellent work ethic and reputable industry experience wed love to meet you!

Youll be joining an incredible high performing team working with partners Martin Lovell and Juniper Watson. Martin is an expert in the field and recognised in Chambers & Partners Legal 500 Best Lawyers and Doyless Guide for his expertise in projects infrastructure and energy.

The role

This role provides the opportunity for technical development and career growth and offers:

On a daytoday basis you will be:

• Working on sophisticated transactions involving complex legal issues
• Drafting complex bespoke commercial agreements including project agreements construction contracts services and supply contracts and undertaking detailed due diligence for clients
• Providing intelligent outcomes to clients on the full project lifecycle including project and contract structuring compliance planning commercial negotiation strategy and operational matters
• Supporting the development and training of junior lawyers in the practice group
• participating in client attraction retention and practice development

About you

• Youll have 4 years PQE experience in frontend Projects/Construction/Energy work
• An excellent academic record coupled with strong technical legal skills
• A commitment to excellence and delivery of high quality outcomes to our clients
• Ability to effectively manage your own time managing competing tasks and at time working to tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive and can do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow your career with Piper Alderman
