Job Description
National Independent Mortgage Lender seeks a Consumer Direct Loan Officer to expand an existing call center.
Inside Loan Advisors receive 100 inbound calls from qualified home shoppers looking to make their next purchase. Live daily leads transfers!
- Salary plus commissions. All mortgage loan advisors areeligible for bonuses.
- Very aggressive commission splits.
- New Associate Bonus Program
- Fannie Mae Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Seller/Servicer. We also have a stable of investors with 100s of loan products.
- Conventional FHA VA Jumbo Manufactured Homes Stated Income Products for SelfEmployed Borrowers (NON QM) USDA and more!
- Competitive Pricing
- Direct Lender so all processing underwriting and funding are done inhouse.
- Companypaid licensing continuing education and annual state/NMLS renewals.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Proven monthly production
- Call center Background
- Familiar with DU/LP
- Encompass experience is a plus!
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Able to take direction and work in a team environment
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
- Ambitious professional who is motivated by opportunity for advancement
Qualifications
If you are NMLS licensed and have a strong desire to succeed in a commissiondriven sales environment we would like to speak to you!
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum fiveyears of mortgage loan officer/retail mortgage banking experience
- Exceptional phone sales skills
- Must already be NMLS Licensed & SAFE Act compliant
- Must be licensed in a minimum of five(5 states
**MUST BE CURRENTLY NMLS LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING!**
Compensation:Base salary monthly commission and annual bonus.
