As an AGCO Engineering Intern you design and develop moderately complex product and component concepts for release to production to ensure superior performance durability reliability quality and serviceability to the worldwide marketplace.
Intern Program
We match interns with projects based on their interests and educational background. Interns are paired with technical managers at AGCO. These project sponsors provide technical training project support and deliverables for intern projects. Internships are onsite in Jackson Minnesota during the summer from May 2025 through August 2025.
Your Impact:
- Conceiveand providepractical and improved product design applications.
- Preparedesign layouts by using a computer graphics system.
- Accurately makedesign calculations decisions and performnecessary analysis and computer simulations.
- Workclosely with Test Engineers and technicians plant personnel and suppliers regarding product design test and production schedule dates.
- Provideguidance to Manufacturing Quality Purchasing Marketing Sales Service and other departments.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Current student enrolled in an accredited 4year college or university in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
