3 Key Consulting is hiring a Project Manager NPI/Biopharma for a consulting engagement with our direct client a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description:
- Support the NPI Tech Transfer Lead with initiation planning monitoring and closure of Commercial Drug Product NPI projects.
- Supporting and ensuring successful crossfunctional collaboration with multiple teams across the Drug Product network.
- Driving results through crossfunctional teams Process Engineering Site PD Supply Chain Operation Quality Regulatory etc.
- Establishing project management tools templates and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time adhere to the highest quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for drafting updating and monitoring project plans identifying resource needs and escalating functional quality timeline issues appropriately.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Work with the NPI Lead on coordinating communication with all areas of the business that impacts the scope risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes related to the project management of new product introduction projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Supporting the NPI lead in successful planning organizing and delivery of NPI projects
- Managing NPI Project Plans
- Utilizing project management experience and tools to evaluate track and report on project performance.
- Identify drive and deliver on continuous improvement opportunities related to the project management of new product introduction projects.
- Coordinating with stakeholders (onsite and cross network)
- Facilitating NPI project delivery meetings
Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
- PMP nice to have with 3 YOE
