We are looking for exceptional Solicitors and Senior Associates to join our market leading practice groups in all offices nationally: Sydney Melbourne Brisbane Canberra and Perth.
We deliver industry expertise experience and insights across the full spectrum of commercial financial and specialist legal services including:
- Banking & Finance
- Competition Trade & Regulatory
- Corporate Private Equity M&A and Commercial
- Dispute Resolution & Litigation
- Intellectual Property
- International Funds
- Projects Energy & Resources
- Real Estate
- Securities
- Tax
What would you bring to the team
- excellent analytical communication and research skills to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice
- strong commitment to client service and welldeveloped relationship management ability you will play a role in supporting and actively developing our relationships with clients and other areas of the firm
- team focus to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships
- enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities participating in industry related programs and developing strategic relationships and networks
- first rate experience in the preparation of advice and drafting documents
You will have experience gained in a similar environment or both in private practice and within the legal team of an industry participant. You dont need to have worked on everything we work on; our responsibility will be to broaden your skills and experience.
