Job Description
Position:You will be responsible for designing implementing and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. This role involves working closely with the nursing leadership team to identify training needs develop curricula and deliver training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff including orientation programs for new hires continuing education and specialty training.
- Assess the training needs of nursing staff through surveys interviews and performance assessments.
- Design and update training materials including manuals handouts and multimedia presentations.
- Conduct training sessions using various instructional methods such as lectures handson demonstrations and elearning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure training programs align with hospital policies procedures and best practices.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing practice and incorporate them into training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursingor a related field; Masters degree and MBAare strongly preferred.
- Valid license to practice nursing in Maharashtra.
- At least 4years in a nursetraining or educational role.
