TennMax America Inc. is a worldwide leader in electronic components for Aerospace and Military industries headquartered in Vancouver WA.

What youll do:
Assist with the GAP analysis for the new CMMC 2.0 requirements. This is a parttime flexible position over the next threeto four months. A great opportunity for a college student looking for some realworld experience. Someone is needed to collaborate with the Cyber Security consulting expert and upper management.

Requirements:
1. Educational Background:

Currently pursuing a degree in cybersecurity information technology computer science or a related field.

2. Basic Knowledge:

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g. NIST SP 800171.

Understanding of data protection and compliance standards.

3. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 or Azure.

Exposure to security tools like endpoint detection and response (EDR) or password managers.

4. Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Other Requirements:

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation:

Assist in creating and updating the System Security Plan (SSP).

Document security controls and implementation details.

Maintain records of compliance activities.

2. Policy Development:

Assist in drafting and reviewing cybersecurity policies and procedures.

3. Technical Assistance:

Aid in configuring and managing security tools.

Monitor and report on system security metrics.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
