Job Description
We are looking to hire 1 PartTime Guest Service Agent (must have flexible schedule) and 1 FullTime Guest Service Agent.
We are looking for a super star Guest Service Agent to join our already great team. Do you have a winning personality always willing to help and love to smile then you are the person we are looking for.
This position is responsible for processing checkins/outs securing payment verifying and adjusting billing and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly professional and timely manner while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs exceed expectations and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
