Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer Growing Company Career Progression
Location: South Cambridgeshire
Type: Permanent
Salary: 2530K Depending on experience
Were looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our clients expanding help desk team. In this role youll engage with customers to support their daytoday IT needs via phone email and ticketing systems while handling escalations within the helpdesk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support through ticketing systems remote access and monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs laptops) and replace components as needed
- Support Microsoft 365 Active Directory Exchange Azure and Windows OS
- Assist with basic server infrastructure and networking issues
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT helpdesk environment
- Strong communication skills with a customerfocused attitude
- Solid knowledge of networking Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
