Cybersecurity SrAnalyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Design implement and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Okta.
• Manage user lifecycle processes access provisioning and deprovisioning using SailPoint and Okta.
• Expertise on REST API to support any integration of SailPoint with target systems and Okta APIs.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies access controls and security best practices.
• Configure troubleshoot and optimize IAM platforms to enhance security and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Support rolebased access control (RBAC) attributebased access control (ABAC) and identity governance processes.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and IAMrelated issues.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
• Document IAM configurations workflows and operational processes.
• Expertise on application onboarding MFA configuration and policies configuration.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication authorization identity governance and privileged access management.
• Knowledge on directory services (Active Directory LDAP Azure AD).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell Python Java) for automation and integration will be additional advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in IAM issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
