Job Description
High school diploma or GED required. Degree in culinary arts or hospitality preferred.
Maintain a high standard of service efficiency and product quality that meets the expectations of guests
Displays highlevel of knowledge regarding company products and events.
Oversees the opening and closing functions of the kitchen
Ensures that the cleaning and sanitation standards of the department are maintained and enforced each shift
Responsible for maintaining Health Inspection standards and prepares department to effectively meet such standards
Ensures that crew members follow all recipes cooking/holding procedures and portion servings correctly
Ensures all prepped and cooked food items are properly labeled and stored
