Position Statement

As a Dispatch Supervisor you will report to the Operations Manager and work within a dedicated team to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional ground chauffeured transportation services across RMA locations. This role is responsible for managing schedules implementing procedures and conducting thorough vehicle inspections to uphold the highest quality standards. A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to enforcing quality control measures including staff training and inspection analysis to proactively address service issues. Essential Function
- Primary responsibility to be the lead dispatcher on an assigned shift
- Create SOPs to ensure dispatch and chauffeur coaching and counseling is adhered to. This must include documentation being in place for improvements and/or disciplinary action
- Act as a liaison between dispatch and detail operations
- Work with all dispatchers to ensure profitable dispatching practices balanced with creating optimal client experiences.
- Gas card administration for all chauffeurs.
- Assist in the over site of the vehicle take home program.
- New Chauffeur profile set-up in Santa Cruz system.
- Retraining for all new and current chauffeurs on coding challenges.
- Assist Operations Manager with coaching and counseling chauffeur safety and overall service.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of prior dispatch experience.
- Ability to tolerate high stress situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Listening skills and verbal communication.
- Experience in data entry.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions (in English).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- This position is a safety sensitive function and may be subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
* Sign-on bonus paid out: $1200 at $100/month for 12 months $600 at $50/month for 12 months; payment ends if employment ends prior to the final payment*
