YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a worldclass senior analyst to become part of our Fintech Performance team. Be a part of a team where you will:

• Drive payment strategy payment performance and payment commercial relationship for key Glovo countries.
• Define track analyze and own payments related performance and UX metrics. Youll be hands on discovering metrics creating and maintaining any reports needed.
• Monitor payment performance for users responding to alerts of degradation triaging and investigating the cause and communicating your findings to the product team banking & financial partners and card networks.
• Work closely with local stakeholders to understand their analytical needs performing deepdive analysis providing insights and proposing datadriven strategies.
• Drive clarity and solve ambiguity in some of Glovos most complex topics by using datadriven approaches communicating and simplifying concepts according to the audiences needs.
• Own and contribute to international projects impacting our more than 20 markets across Europe Asia and Africa.

You have:

• 3 years of work experience in consulting fintech or a leading tech company/startup in analytical roles.
• Bachelors degree in Math Physics Engineering Business Stats or a related STEM Quantitative field.
• Handson attitude is a must. Youll have to roll up your sleeves!
• Good stakeholdermanagement skills and experience leading projects.
• Experience leading analyses and turning insights into actions.
• SQL proficiency; working knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of ML and base statistics.
• Knowledge of visualization tools
• Proficiency in English
• Payment experience is a plus.
