Responsibilities:
- Generate/originate approximately 3million dollars of Net Revenue in the first full year and approximately 5million dollars of Net Revenue in subsequent years across the AMBE suite ofcapabilities.
- Healthy revenue mix by projectOrigination type: Consulting Services and Staffing Services.
- Maintain Contribution Profit Margin (ascalculated by AMBEs Management).
- Collaborate with AMBE colleagues toidentify channels to crosssell the entire suite of capabilities and services.
- Provide necessary leadership includingonsite and offsite consultative support throughout the projects life cycleincluding discovery development of a statement of work monitoring andcontrol communication oversight and client management.
- Ensure positive customer feedback 90%positive feedback based on AMBE internal project assessment systems and tools)for projects principally originated by you.
- Proactively leverage project wins tomaximize revenue per project by a) extending 40 of projects from initialphases to subsequent phases or ancillary opportunities with Customer(s) and(b) ensuring recurring revenue streams (i.e. new project awards leveragingprior project successes and relationships) with 50 of new Customers originatedby you.
- Ensure uptodate accuracy andtransparency of the sales pipeline and progress using AMBEs collaborative CRMenvironment and team meetings.
- Utilize network to identify and assistin the acquisition of talent with necessary subject matter expertise to ensuresuccessful of projects per both (a) the Scope of Work and (b) ensureAMBEs brand and reputation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new lines of businessand platform leadership position(s) through innovative products servicesbusiness models and partnerships.
- Support corporate bench strengthdevelopment through the identification of strategic talent at all layers of theorganization. Mentor Director or related resources to help cultivate futureManaging Director pipeline.
- Identify potential strategic alliancesjoint ventures or direct investments that could expand AMBEs service offeringsand enhance the enterprise value of the organization.
Requirements
To achievesuccess in this highenergy rapidly growing and entrepreneurial environmentthe Managing Director will need a broad array of technical leadershipbusiness development and operational skills. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Priorexperience in both professional services/consulting and corporatebusiness/manufacturing operations.
- 10 years of backgroundin management consulting or operational/advisory to leverage prior experiences.
- Professionalexperience in an operational or manufacturing setting (i.e. Plant ManagementEngineering Quality Supply Chain Production etc..
- Priorbusiness development experience identifying new opportunities buildingrelationships and solidifying the business award.
- Ability toleverage prior professional experiences to develop current and prospectiveclients.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasticwith an entrepreneurial spirit that envelopes ideation buildout and possibleownership.
- A credibleexecutive presence that fits well with an extensive and relevant network ofsubstantive relationships with high business growth potential.
