Job Description
Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for Diesel Technicians. We are part of Berglund Automotive a wellestablished and reputable automotive group with 10 locations representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia.
We take pride in providing highquality maintenance and repair services to our valued customers and are currently looking for dedicated Diesel Technicians to join our team!
Job Summary:
As a technician at Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining diesel trucks while maintaining a positive relationship with customers and service advisors in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
- Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a Diesel Technician.
- Knowledge of automotive systems parts and the ability to use diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new automotive technologies.
