A leading real estate developer is seeking a customerfocused Receptionist / Administrator to join the site office of a luxury residential tower in Yorkville. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading real estate developer known for delivering highend residential communities. The role will begin as a 12month contract with the potential for longterm growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners and visitors providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with a proactive and friendly approach.
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls for homeowners ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including managing phone calls emails and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain a wellorganized and presentable reception area.
  • Support the site office team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
