We are seeking a BoardCertified/BoardEligible Urologist with a focus on Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS)and NeuroUrology to join our team at Jefferson Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.
Position Overview:
- Fulltime faculty position within the Einstein Urology Residency Program 3 residents per year).
- Academic appointment through Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration including opportunities to teach OBGYN residents.
- Active participation in resident and medical student education and clinical research programs.
- Established patient panel with wait times exceeding 40 days.
- Provide specialized care in urogynecology female urology female pelvic reconstruction and neurourology including treatment for pelvic floor disorders incontinence and voiding dysfunction.
- Perform inoffice procedures including cystoscopy vasectomy and urodynamics.
- Participate in inpatient rounding.
- Dedicated OR block time with access to robotics.
- Work alongside a team of 6 urologists 15 residents 3 APCs and 22 staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGMEaccredited Urology Residency Program.
- Fellowship training in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Urology (ABS).
- Eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
