Description

The CRM Quotes and Orders Logger plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer requests. This role requires strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks related to quotes and orders. If you have worked in customer support or administrative roles and enjoy working in a structured environment this opportunity is for you!

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Register all RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and POs (Purchase Orders) from customers in the electronic system in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate CRM logs based on Emerson standards and procedures.
  • Maintain an updated CRM database by adding new customer contacts and accounts.
  • Send acknowledgments of receipt for RFQs and POs to customers.
  • Assign CRM tasks to the responsible person in the Sales Office.
  • Provide support to the Sales team ensuring customer requirements are met and maintaining the highest standards of presentation.
  • Update the CRM database with relevant information for each logged query.
  • Maintain soft copy documents and facilitate archiving of all documents used in the logging phase in OCM.
  • Adapt to urgent inquiries received at the sales desk with flexibility and efficiency.

Who You Are:

You are diligent organized and proactive in ensuring customer requests are processed efficiently. You thrive in a team environment can prioritize tasks effectively and have excellent communication skills! Your ability to manage databases and administrative tasks with accuracy ensures smooth operations within the sales support function.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role customer support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian at a B2 level (verbal and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and handling customer data.
  • Experience in sales support or administrative roles within a technical or corporate environment.
  • Ability to handle urgent requests and adapt to dynamic business needs.
