Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize for Success: Work with the General Sales Manager to set ambitious clear sales strategies.

  • Cultivate Connections: Build lasting relationships and engage in the sales process. Join calls entertain and boost client satisfaction. Client engagement is more than a priorityits your mission!
  • Forecast & Maximize:Determine revenue forecasts and exceed benchmarks. Team up with managers to optimize inventory pricing and digital sales efforts.
  • Champion OnGoing Learning: Organize regular training and development sessions for your team fostering growth and personal development.
  • Evaluate & Innovate: Provide constructive feedback and work alongside digital and national sales managers to achieve station goals.

What You Bring:

  • Experience & Results: Proven track record in media sales management 3 years) producing results for your team and clients.
  • Negotiation & Innovation: Skilled negotiator with creative marketing solutions spanning diverse broadcast and digital platforms.
  • Passion for Business Development: Dedication to growing business and a history of surpassing budget targets.
  • Leadership & Development: Ownership of team success continuously devising strategies to exceed revenue objectives.
  • Bonus Experience: Related military experience is a plus.
