Job Description
Project Architect/Project Manager position available immediately in Atlanta Georgia. GLAATLLCC is an established firm with a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 515 years of experience in Commercial Custom Residential and MultiFamily design. Proficiency with Autocadd and presentation software applications is required. The applicant need not be currently registered in Colorado but a professional degree is required. LEED accreditation is also valued. Hand sketch/rendering capabilities and visual presentation skills are a plus. The candidate must be a motivated communicator and reliable team leader well organized have strong followthrough and provide attention to detail. Responsibilities will include managing all phases of individual projects including Design Production Project /Budget and Staff management and client and consultant interface on multiple projects.
