Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
Job Type:Contract PartTime
Hours:1525 hours/week choose your own hours
Schedule: Flexible (make your own schedule) MonFri (no weekends) Day Shift
Location:Indianapolis IN
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing team and daily operations.
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Conduct inhome visits and virtual consultations as required.
Support the implementation and monitoring of patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Provide support and guidance to nursing staff facilitating professional development.
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Valid RN license.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
1 year Home Health experience with at least years in a leadership role and OASIS training preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
