Job Description
Job Summary
The Service Technician at Oro Ford is responsible for providing expert diagnostics repair and maintenance services in the auto industry. This fulltime position requires the individual to inspect and service all vehicles in a timely efficient and accurate manner. The Service Technician works closely with the MultiPoint Service Inspectors to ensure that customers and their vehicles are treated with care and concern.
Salary range: $50000 $90000

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and repair services for all vehicles.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and advancements.
- Follow safety protocols while performing repairs.
- Communicate with the MultiPoint Service Inspectors regarding any vehicle issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with completed vehicle repairs.
- Perform postservice inspections.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
Requirements
- ASE Certification or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong diagnostic repair and maintenance abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
