Position Summary
A Line Cook prepares food using recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00$20.00.

This position will remain open until July 4 2025.
About the Venue
TheLiberty First Credit Union Arena formerly known asRalston Arenaand sometimes asRalston Sports and Event Center is an arena located inRalston Nebraska a suburb ofOmaha. It serves as the home of theOmaha Lancersof theUnited States Hockey Leagueand theOmaha Beefof theNational Arena League. Hosts New LOVB Volleyball and many events to include concerts banquets and other sporting events.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking food in a specific station.
- Cleaning up prep areas.
- Making sure the kitchen is stocked.
- Cutting chopping mixing and preparing sauces.
- Grilling frying sauting and other cooking methods.
- Broiling sauting frying or baking meats poultry and fish.
- Preparing sauces marinades soups stocks and salads.
- Maintaining a sanitized work environment.
Qualifications
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Follow direction of head chef.
- Kitchen and other line cook experience.
