Caterpillar Poland is looking for a new Procurement Support Services Associate to support its Procurement team in Sosnowiec keep in contact with internal and external stakeholders solving various mostly systemrelated issues.
Your job duties may include...
Act as a liaison between the company and the external stakeholders supporting them in various questions about the NextGen system
Supporting internal users with systemissues
Creating and organising training sessions for suppliers and internal users
Looking for opportunities to improve our processes and implement changes if possible
You Will Have:
Ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors in both English and Polish
General understanding of procurement and/or supply chain processes
Technical mindset aptitude to work in various systems and transmit your knowledge
Willingness and ability to work in 2shifts from Monday to Friday
Ability to work from the office fulltime
Top candidates may also have:
Customer service and/or IT Helpdesk experience
Coupa and/or NextGen system knowledge
Any other European language knowledge is greatly appreciated especially Spanish and Dutch
