We offer inhome care in nearly all locationsofthe valley and surrounding areas. This includes but is not limited to: Phoenix Scottsdale Paradise Valley Gilbert Mesa Chandler Cave CreekCarefree and Ahwatukee.
Description:
The Caregiver/HHA is responsible for providinghighquality safe and supportivecare to patients inthe comfort oftheirownhomes.In addition the Caregiver/HHA will assist the patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and other necessary taskthat are essential to their every day living.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Education Certification License:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Minimum of 02 years experience in healthcare assisted living or inhome care environment.
- Current TB Testing
- CPR/First Aid (will provide resources if needed).
- DCW Training (will provide resources ifneeded).
- Fingerprint Clearance (will provide resources toobtain).
- Hoyer Lift Experience(client specific requirement).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Valid Drivers License andreliable transportation required.
- Must be 18 years or older
