Job Description

Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to support the General Manager with both technical and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves problemsolving and wants to make a real impact.
What Youll Do:
- Technical Support: Assist with technical tasks data analysis and process improvements. Help with research design and development.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and assist with implementing new systems or software.
- Administrative Support: Manage the GMs schedule draft communications prepare meeting materials and maintain records.
- Project Coordination: Keep projects on track by monitoring progress coordinating resources and acting as a liaison.
- Inventory and Resource Management: Manage inventory order supplies and ensure equipment availability.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Quality and Food Safety: Apply quality principles maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to food safety standards.
- SelfDevelopment: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 25 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Problemsolving faultfinding project management excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Decisive emotionally intelligent and environmentally conscious.
