Position Overview:

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team you will play a key role in addressing patients mental health needs in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing evaluation and assessment for patients with mental health disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans including medication management therapy and crisis intervention.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families on mental health conditions treatment options and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate uptodate patient records.
• Attends all site and organizational meetings and maintains a physical presence in the assigned administration office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• State of Ohio licensure and nursing degree (APRN degree) and completion of an accredited Masters program.
• Board eligible/certified
• DEA
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in mental health
