Description of the role:
The BDC Customer Care Specialist at South Shore Nissan plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products services and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a tactful and efficient manner
- Update and maintain customer accounts and databases with accurate and detailed information
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient followup
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service departments as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Detailoriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
