Carolinas Palliative Care & Hospice Groupprovides clinical services that reflect the organizations philosophy and mission: to promote comprehensive compassionate care for all living with serious illness. CPCHG covers inpatient outpatient and hospice.
Position Highlights:
- This is a Hybrid role which will include community palliative & hospice and mixed locations (patient homes Acute SNFs and Office)
- Geographic Focus: Mecklenburg County & Cabarrus County
- FullTime Schedule: Monday Friday 8AM 5PM
- Call Schedule: 1 in 4 (with APP taking 1st call)
- Join 4 Physicians & 6 APPs
- Strong referral base
- Program hosts medical students residents APP and MD fellowships
- Chaplain support is available
Ideal Candidate:
- Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required
- Interest/Experience in medical education is preferred
