CSS has partnered with a prestigious law firm on a direct hire bases with a national presence seeking a Auto Liability Associate to join their Houston TX office. Selected candidates must be selfstarters with strong analytical communication research and writing skills. 2 years of Premises Liability experience.
Responsibilities:
Gather evidence and document claims facts
Determine the value of damaged items
Understand and explain insurance policy coverage to clients and third parties
Negotiate settlements with clients or third parties
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
24 years bodily injury liability claim handling experience preferred
General knowledge and skill in claims handling and litigation
Basic working level knowledge and skill in various business line products
