Job Description
Tilleman Motor Company is looking fora Fulltime Auto Parts Counter person to join our team.

This position is a 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities
- Assist Parts Manager.
- Accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory control.
- Work with the Service ManagerAdvisors and Technicians to ensure parts are instock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
- Keep uptodate on manufacturer warranty policy and return procedures.
- Knowledge and compliance with the federal state and local regulations that affect operation.
- Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
- Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
- Implement & carry out safety requirements.
- Demonstrate behaviors within Companys Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors.
Qualifications
- 2 years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented and organized
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test background check and driving record check.
