Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive inspect and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
Order Processing:
- Pick pack and ship orders with precision and speed.
- Stage Kit and Configure Mobile Devices Laptops and other Hardware
- Ensure all orders are processed in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Handle return shipments and restocking items as needed.
Technical Support:
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory and orders.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with warehouse equipment and systems.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies to improve warehouse operations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with other departments such as customer service and procurement to resolve any order or inventory issues.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and other relevant technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
