• Warmly greets families and provides a welcoming environment
• Helps families scan into the kiosk and answer their questions
• Directs families to their lessons or to the front desk for assistance with their accounts
• Assists families with regards to questions on Waterworks retail and snack shop items
• Assists in maintaining a clean and safe facility at all times
• Maintains a dry and clean floor throughout the lobby and entrance at all times
• Restocks and conducts proper restroom checks on all restrooms and shower/changing areas
• Opens door and/or provide additional assistance to families when needed
• Understands all programs facility amenities and Instructors/Office team members so that you are equipped to respond to questions
• Assists with giving tours to interested new families
• Boosts morale and help maintain a positive work environment

• Must be at least 16 years old
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
• Must be friendly and have a warm welcoming smile
• Must be able to take initiative when speaking with families
• Must be open to feedback and receptive to change
• Must be able to communicate well with our customers and students
