Healthcare Assistant Springfield Hospital Bank Contract

The role

Were looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Ward team. Putting patients first youll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Our Ward team are busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together youll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. Join us on our exciting journey of new developments and expansion at Springfield Hospital. Here we provide a wide range of services including Surgery Medicine Oncology Plastic and Cosmetic surgery and Paediatrics. We are continually introducing new technology to ensure we provide the best experience for our patients and support for our hard working teams.

Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essexs leading private hospitals. It is a 64bedded hospital all with en suite facilities with parent and child rooms a 14bed Day unit and a high dependency unit.

What youll bring with you

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

What is a Bank contract

A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead you work on an adhoc basis filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals. A Bank contract is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility as it allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability leaving you with a greater worklife balance. Bank contracts are also a fantastic way to secure alongside other contracted work. Our Bank staff play a crucial role in maintaining service levels during peak times or staff shortages ensuring that patient care remains uninterrupted.
