What you will do
- Repair and deliver equipment according to Stryker Medical specifications.
- Perform all required quality control checks and preventive maintenance in accordance with the products operation manual.
- Present the highest level of customer etiquette in support of the sales team. Promote increased equipment and service usage by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining and recording assigned inventory.
- Manage personal schedule by regular and punctual attendance.
- Must adhere to Field Service metrics; hours accountability inventory overtime accountability etc.
- Complete all designated training programs in timely manner.
- Participate in all work assignments as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management.
- Complete all documentation according to Stryker Medical specifications
- Complete temperature management trials inventory and revitalize product repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance global hold repairs and wireless upgrades
What you need
Required
- 2 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to analyze and resolve equipment issues using independent judgment.
- Must be able to follow and explain detailed instruction troubleshooting and inspection procedures.
- Must be able to logically diagnose issues and systematically solve problems.
Preferred
- Microsoft suite experience
