Job Description
Rize Home is seeking a motivated candidate to fill ourShipping / Receivingopening. The ideal candidate for this role will have a positive energetic approach to working in a fastpaced team environment.This role is primarily responsible for receiving containers of product and picking packing and preparing orders for delivery. The selected candidate will work as part of a team in support of a warehouse operation with a goal of accuracy in shipments and ontime deliveries.
**All Ohio Warehouse and Production employees must be part of Teamsters Local Union 507 30 days after hire date.**

As a Shipper / Receiver Heres What Youll Do:
- Operate a reach truck and forklift safely and efficiently to move product
- Read pick tickets and pull orders accurately
- Pull and label eCommerce orders as needed
- Rotate stock
- Unload containers and store product efficiently
- Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
- Follow all plant safety procedures and use all applicable personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform other duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or at least one year of experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- An eagerness to work and grow in a fastpaced environment
- Thrive in a crossfunctional team environment
- Follow applicable housekeeping and safety procedures
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- This position is highly physical and requires lifting of up to 70 pounds. While in the warehouse company safety requirements must be closely followed.
Base Pay: $15.12/hr.
