Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders in line with dealership standards.
Testdrive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
Diagnose maintain and repair various automotive systems including engines transmissions electrical systems steering suspension brakes and air conditioning.
Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about their vehicles needs providing clear estimates for additional repairs when necessary.
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Certified Honda Service Technician preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is a plus.
Alevel qualifications including expertise in Diagnostics Electrical and Engine Repair.
Strong dexterity and handeye coordination for precise repairs.
Proficient mechanical and troubleshooting skills; experience with electronic diagnostic equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
Positive friendly demeanor with a genuine eagerness to learn and improve.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
