The Opportunity: We are on the lookout for a passionate and visionary Service Manager to lead our dedicated team of educators. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Inspire and mentor a team of educators fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
Community Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with families and the local community enhancing our centres reputation and reach.
About You:
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and a current Working With Children Check.
Experience: Proven leadership in an early childhood setting with a deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
Skills: Exceptional communication strategic planning and teambuilding abilities.
Passion: A genuine commitment to providing highquality early childhood education and care.
