Tobin Afterschool in Natick
Tobin Afterschool in Natick is seeking enthusiastic energetic part time Group Leaders for our Natick campus for the Fall of 2024 school year. Come join our welcoming caring team of professionals here at Tobin! Bring your passions to our community. Teach Art Yoga Music Coding or other special subjects to our students here at Tobin!
Part Time Positions:
- Parttime positions of 2030 hours per week working 1:306:00 Monday to Friday at our Tobin Afterschool program
- Extended hours neededon public school early release days school vacation days and snow days
- School year position with option of summer employment
Potential for Full Time Positions:
- Working a 40 hour week with paid 1/2 hour breaks daily spending 10:001:00 at one of our early childhood programs then working 1:306:00 at our Tobin Afterschool program
- Variable hours may be requested on school vacation days and snow days
- Year round employment options
Position Description:
- Workclosely in a teamteaching atmosphere providing a warm caring environment for children.
- Guide and support the children in their development of interpersonal skills in a fun respectful and safe environment.
- Plan and run daily activities for schoolaged children
- Establishand maintaina positive interpersonal relationship with all children faculty and parents/guardians.
- Overseeand facilitatethe general safety ofthe childrens environment and activities.
- Actas a role model for the children regarding appearance and behavior communicating with children in a clear professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be 18 or older
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a MUST
- EECGroup Leader Qualified preferred
- Eagerness to join our professional team of educators
- Bachelors Degree and/or Dept. of Education Early Education and Care (EEC) licensing is a real plus!

About The Tobin Schools Natick:
The Tobin School in Natick operates three programs on its large Natick Campus. The Tobin Childrens School offers fullyear fullday early childhood options for infants up to PreK. The Tobin School offers schoolyear schoolday early childhood early childhood programs for preschool up to to JrK. Tobin Afterschool offers afterschool and vacation week care for grades K to 4 as well as summer options for children 4.5 to those entering Grade 5. All of our programs are nationally accredited for their high quality care and offerings.
We offer a wide variety of activities and learning opportunities for our students in our large spacious indoor spaces.
