Job Overview
We are seeking a Store Executive (Mechanical) to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. As a Store Executive you will be responsible for managing the inventory and stock of mechanical components and equipment in our store. This role requires a strong understanding of store management including knowledge of ERP software and the ability to lead a team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problemsolving and leadership skills. This is a fulltime position based in Surat Gujarat India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in store management preferably in a mechanical environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP software for inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of store staff
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Good understanding of mechanical components and equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the inventory of mechanical components and equipment in the store
- Oversee the receipt storage and issuance of materials and tools
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and maintain an efficient system for tracking stock levels and inventory
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and correctness
- Collaborate with the procurement team to place orders for necessary items
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure proper handling of materials
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store operations
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies
- Troubleshoot any issues related to store management and resolve them in a timely manner
