Vacancy: NEW HOMES SALES ADVISOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Faversham ME13
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an outstanding opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work within a modern successful forward thinking company on various new build sites in the Kent area.
The perfect candidate will be amongst other things eloquent and articulate career minded and ambitious and must have previous (or ideally current) New Homes experience dealing with properties both off plan and on site.
A strong sales ability is essential: Good organisational skills and understanding of entire sales process is also a must!
The role will involve weekend working.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation fantastic training programmes and endless progression opportunities.
Skills required for this New Homes Sales Advisor role will include:
- Previous experience in New Homes is essential
- Good understanding of the sales process
- An understanding of planning rules and building regulations
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage own time effectively
- Full Driving Licence and own car preferred
- The ability to recognise and take advantage of opportunities
