Are you a passionate and experienced developer looking to make a significant impact We are seeking a talented Senior Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in designing and implementing cuttingedge software solutions that drive our business forward. If youre ready to revolutionize equity mining and dealership management with our innovative Dealer Wizard web and mobile applications we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
Engineering and Development
- Collaborate with Product Owners and endusers to gather and understand requirements.
- Transform requirements into robust scalable solution designs.
- Lead the design development and implementation of highquality software solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and integrating emerging development technologies.
- Explore and integrate machine learning or AI technologies to enhance application functionality and performance.
Team Processes
- Manage and configure team source code and scrum/Kanban systems.
- Actively participate in Product Backlog Planning Sessions.
- Champion continuous integration processes including build test and release management.
Support Team Activities
- Play a key role in the staff hiring process.
- Mentor and guide fellow developers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Provide support for IT infrastructure tasks as needed.
Customer Support
- Facilitate the resolution of Help Desk Tickets with efficiency and empathy.
- Train enduser representatives on application functionality ensuring a seamless user experience.
What Were Looking For:
Education Work Experience and Training Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 510 years of experience in developing commercial or enterprise applications.
- Extensive experience with .NET C# ASP AngularJS and SQL Server. React Native mobile experience is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular React or Knockout.
- Proven track record of implementing solutions across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Agile development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Expertise in code management tools such as Git and TFS.
- Strong background in Continuous Integration practices including automated build test and release management.
- Familiarity with development patterns and principles such as testdriven design domaindriven design functional style interface design and dependency inversion.
