Job Description

Antwerpen Toyota is searching for an experienced and dynamic **Internet Sales Manager** to lead our online sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for automotive sales a strategic mindset and the ability to convert digital opportunities into tangible sales success. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the internet sales department from generating and responding to online leads to setting appointments that result in vehicle sales. We need someone with the tenacity to overcome challenges the creativity to capitalize on every opportunity and the drive to exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Manage and grow our online sales channels ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Dissect sales opportunities analyze data and identify highpotential prospects.
  • Convert online leads into appointments and ultimately sales.
  • Maintain high standards for customer engagement and satisfaction ensuring each interaction is professional informative and helpful.
  • Develop and implement effective followup processes to keep prospects engaged.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts and sales processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Work extended hours when necessary maintaining high energy and focus on achieving dealership targets.
  • Stay current with industry trends competitor activities and market demands to adjust tactics accordingly.


**Qualifications: **

  • Proven experience in internet sales management preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and identify key sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in converting leads into appointments and closing sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A resultsdriven competitive attitude with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work long hours thrive under pressure and maintain focus on achieving dealership goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online lead generation tools.
