Service Desk Support Analyst Havas Shared Services.
We provide comprehensive IT support to over 2000 users across the UK and Ireland ensuring the smooth operation of all Havas agencies. Our team is dedicated to bringing the agency to life by maintaining seamless technology services. As a Platformer you can expect to be an integral part of this dynamic environment contributing to the success and efficiency of our operations.
We are looking for a Platformer with:
We are looking for someone who can efficiently handle all incoming help
requests through the helpdesk ticketing system telephone email or in person.
The ideal candidate will approach each request in a positive helpful and
constructive manner with the goal of maintaining high user satisfaction.
Additionally this role involves fostering strong relationships between the IT
Service Desk and the rest of the company.
An interest in computing and a strong desire to learn are essential for this
position. On the 6month programme youll be involved in:
Set up configure and build PCs Macs and mobile devices.
Deliver IT support both remotely and onsite.
