About the job

Were expanding our Partnership team and looking for a dynamic and resultdriven Partnership Manager in Italy to drive and execute the Regional Partner strategy and Partnerled Revenue growth by building strong relationships with Consultancy firms Financial advisors GSI and key influencers in the Corporate and Capital market Ecosystem . This role is responsible for expanding our Partner network managing complex relationships and converting transactional business into longterm recurring Partnerships.

This new position is an individual contributor role and reports to the Director of Partnerships.

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop document and execute a winning gotomarket strategy to drive growth and build strong Partnerships in your Territory
  • Leverage your existing network to identify recruit and activate high impact partnerships with Consultancy firms Financial institutions Financial advisors System Integrators and Resellers
  • Be a trusted advisor and develop joint business plans with Partners in alignment with customer needs and the competitive landscape
  • Manage complex projects and deals: lead negotiation structure agreements and oversee the of joint initiatives inmultistakeholder environments
  • Implement Partner Enablement Programs that help drive adoption and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams crossfunctionally and crossbusiness units to ensure seamless Partner
  • Maintain excellent data hygiene by tracking and reporting Partner activities and performance in CRM
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe based on business needs

Your Profile:

  • Native Italian and fluent in English
  • 710 years of experience in consultative Business Development managing Strategic Alliances and Channel Sales preferably in SaaS B2B Solutions Financial Services or Consulting
  • Strong understanding of Corporate and Capital Markets and wellconnected in Italy with an established network of decisionmakers in the Consulting Financial Services or System integration sectors
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives coordinate stakeholders and drive projects and deals to completion on time
  • Strategic and handson highly selfdriven you are able to define longterm Partner strategies while executing tactical initiatives to deliver near term results
  • Resilient & adaptable in fast paced ambiguous environments identifying new opportunities and problem solving creatively
  • Strong communicator and influencer adept in building trust with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems (HubSpot etc.
