Operations Manager Weekend

Your Role as Operations Manager Weekend
As the Operations Manager Weekend you will take charge of production and logistics activities during the weekend. You will lead and support operational teams ensuring smooth processes efficiency and continuous improvements. Acting as the key point of contact you will drive a safe highquality and compliant working environment while optimizing performance.
Your responsibilities:
Operational Oversight & Implementation
- You will supervise and support the of operational strategies ensuring alignment with overall supply chain and business objectives.
- You will monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency across factory operations.
- You will implement standardized tools reporting structures and management practices to enhance operational performance.
- You will foster collaboration between plant locations the week production and other Paulig Group functions to ensure consistency and synergy.
Operational Performance & Compliance
- You will ensure compliance with established operational processes and best practices across all sites.
- You will monitor and enforce workplace safety product quality and food safety standards in daily operations.
- You will ensure that all production sites meet legal and contractual requirements while upholding hygiene health and safety standards.
- You will take immediate action to address any noncompliance or unsafe practices.
Leadership & Coordination
- You will lead and coordinate weekend teams ensuring efficient production processes.
- You will promote strong leadership skill development and teamwork within plant operations.
- You will strengthen collaboration between operations and other supply chain functions to ensure seamless of business objectives.
Supply Chain & Business Alignment
- You will contribute to supply chain planning and operational as part of the management team.
- You will ensure smooth integration and alignment between endtoend supply chain operations and weekend operations.
What We Expect from You
- The weekend work regime is a fulltime schedule consisting of a 12hour Saturday day shift and a 12hour Sunday night shift. Some flexibility during the week is also expected.
- You have experience leading plant operations and applying Lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
- You have a proven track record in managing multisite locations and leading large multicultural teams.
- You possess strong problemsolving continuous improvement negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of production technologies digitalization and modern maintenance service practices.
- You are familiar with production processes and labor union agreements.
- You are a strong team leadermotivating inspiring and resultsdriven.
- You are fluent in the local language and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
