- Finishing job work update in system
- Plant II material weight verify
- Plant II material issue as per issue slip
- Switch compression & deflashing material issue as per issue slip
- Issue in system
- Give WIP Acknowledge & check material physically
- Avoid stock mismatches in store
- GRN Preparation
- Responsible for proper material handling
- Monthly stock reconciliation
- Follow storage norms
- Maintain records & documentation
- Maintain 5S at store
- Dispatch quantity check physically in store
- Inovice preperation and collect PDI
- Load dispatch vehicle
- Tomorrow dispatch quantity physically check in store
- Videocon dispatch quantity check and dispatch
- Prepare GDN
- Inovice making
- Prepare DC
- Prepare road permit
- Daily dispatch planning & check material availability at store
- Daily dispatch details send to customer
- Take followup of deflating for dispatch urgency one day before
- Maintaing records & documentation
- Update dispatch related all documents
