Monitor landscape install to insure quality specifications are met.
Reads and follows plans material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
Conducts regular tailgate safety meetings.
Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/construction duties including project layout and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
Organizes supervises leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
Enforces all clientrequired safety policies and procedures.
Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements including crewmember discipline and documentation.
Submits crew members timesheets into payroll by deadline.
Attends branch operation meetings as required.
Identify commonly used plants.
Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Employee supervision includes interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness looks for ways to improve and promote quality applies feedback to improve performance and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner.
All other duties assigned.
3 years of direct working experience in landscape installation.
Minimum of three year in a management or supervisory position with the ability conduct all employment practices related to managing and directing staff.
Computer skills using one or more spreadsheet and wordprocessing software application programs.
Must have demonstrated to be highly organized self motivated and take pride in quality production in previous job(s).
Ability to operate various kinds of farm/construction equipment including trucks tractors mules and forklifts.
Valid Drivers License with clean MVR.
40 hours per work week with start and end times varying depending on organizational needs. Will be required to work overtime during peak times.Full Time
