Job Description
Brown Health Medical Group the affiliated partner of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University has an opening for a noninvasive cardiologist specializing in general cardiology at Rhode Island & Miriam Hospitals in downtown Providence RI.
About the Job:
- Join a team of 40 cardiologists (all cardiovascular subspecialties) and 30 advanced practice providers
- Teaching opportunity as faculty on the hospital teaching services
- Weekend call 1:5
- Night call is 1:15 (light from home)
- Strong team of dedicated support staff including APPs RNs Medical Assistants and Secretaries
- Time is split between cardiac noninvasive testing outpatient office and inpatient cardiac consultative services
- Potential for an academic appointment to Brown University
- Generous base salary with bonus potential

- $6000 annual professional allowance/ 1 CME week

- Board certified or eligible in Cardiology
- Fellowship training in cardiac imaging
- Exposure or interest in cardiooncology and or QI preferred but not required
